RETURN AND EXCHANGES

Is it possible to return or exchange my item and do I have to pay for returns?

Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 calendar days of receipt of shipment. Requests for returns or exchanges after the 30-day period from the date of purchase will be politely declined. Purchases must be made directly from www.casadevera.com. If your product was purchased from another retailer, it must be returned to the place of purchase.

In case you want to return or exchange your product you must send it to the following address:

1. Insert inside the box the order form with the word RETURN written on it, so we will proceed to make the refund once we have verified your order number.

2. Once the refund has been made, you will have it available from 2 to 5 working days depending on your bank.

3. In case you want the same item in another size or color you have to make a new purchase.

Shipping costs will not be refunded. To return any item, be sure to package your items with the original paperwork and packaging using the address indicated.
