ACCEPTANCE OF SALE CONDITIONS.

These Sales Conditions, together with the Legal Notice of the websites www.casadevera.com (collectively, the “Site”) expressly regulate the purchase and sale relationship between the Casa de Vera entity, with registered office at Calle Orense 8, 13 A, 28020 Madrid (Spain), with tax identification number in Spain B87622809 (collectively, "Casa de Vera VENESP SL"), and the website user who buys products of the CASA DE VERA brand or other brands offered by Casa de Vera VENESP SL at www.casadevera.com (collectively, the "Client"). The acquisition of Casa de Vera products (collectively, the "Products") through the website implies the express acceptance without reservation of any kind, of any and all these Conditions of sale.

The acceptance by the Client of these conditions will be executed in its entirety by the process of clicking on the button provided for this purpose to make the purchase, which contains the words "I have read and accept the Conditions of sale".

The lack of acceptance of the Conditions of sale through this procedure prevents proceeding with the purchase.

Products advertised through the website are offered to final consumers, over 18 years of age.

This purchase agreement is formalized in Spanish and is subject to the common Spanish law.

Any modification to these Sales Conditions will be notified to the Clients on the website, being a prerequisite to buy products that the Clients accept again.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, said modifications will not apply to the pending delivery order that is accepted and confirmed.

The lack of exercise by Casa de Vera of any of these Sales Conditions will not be construed or constitute a waiver of them in the future or in the past.
